Return Policy: All sales have 15-day return policy! Once a payment goes through, processing fees are also refundable to Zippett and to the buyer.
Zippett is responsible for damaged packages. As long as the issue is reported within 5 days of arrival.
Package Sent Back?
When filling out at checkout, your phone number, full address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc.
Zippett is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumers.
If the address mistake was made before a consumer receives their confirmation email, they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting Zippett. The consumer has 24 hours to reach out. Otherwise, there is no further action that can be taken to resolve the issue.
